How to use Post office RD Calculator

2. Put in Your Monthly Savings
- Find the box that asks for your "Monthly Deposit Amount."

3. Add the Yearly Interest Rate
- Look for the box that says "Interest Rate (annual)."
- Write down the yearly interest rate the post office offers for the savings plan.
4. Enter the Time in Months
- There will be a box asking for the "Number of Months."
- Put in how many months you want to keep saving money.
5. Press the Calculate Button
- Click on the "Calculate" button on the calculator.
6. See Your Results
- After clicking, you'll see three things:
- How much money you'll save altogether (your total investment)
- How much interest you'll earn on that money
- The total amount you'll have at the end (your maturity amount)
7. Understand the Numbers
- These numbers tell you how much you'll have saved and earned in interest.
- It helps you decide if this savings plan is good for you.
8. Change the Numbers (if you want)
- If you want to save a different amount, change the numbers and press "Calculate" again.
- You can check different amounts to see how they affect your savings.
