DARPAN APP Tips |
Darpan 2.0 (UDAA) Android Application Tips
1. Bag Opening and Virtual Data:
- Open
the bag only after the arrival of virtual data sent from SO.
- If
Virtual Data has arrived, Stamps are automatically added to Stock upon
bag opening; no manual selection or quantity input required.
- Avoid
attempting to reopen the bag; doing so may cause Stamp stock to
increase significantly.
2. Handling Missing Virtual Data:
- In the
absence of Virtual Data, manually select each stamp's ID and enter the
quantity.
3. Monitoring Stamp Balance and Sales:
- Utilize
Inventory Reports to check stamp balance easily.
- For
sales, use the Product Sale option in the application.
4. Generating BODA:
- Avoid
hitting Liability Amount Fraction (e.g., 6500.50) while generating
BODA.
- Skip
fractions and proceed to prevent errors.
5. Proper Article Number Entry:
- While
entering VP/COD articles, ensure the correct article type selection
(VPL/VPP/SP-COD/BP-COD).
- Choosing
Normal Letter/Parcel/SP-Inland instead might cause issues with cash
entry upon article delivery.
- Prefer
scanning over manual entry; the system automatically picks up the
Article Type during scanning.
6. Booking VPMO:
- Note
that only the AMOUNT will auto-populate while booking VPMO.
- Manually
note down BPMs' To Address and From Address as the address part will
not appear automatically.
These guidelines are essential for efficient and error-free
use of the Darpan 2.0 (UDAA) Android Application.
