How to find IPPB account number and customer id : IPPB account can be open directly from the IPPB Android application, which is available on the Playstore. Also you can open IPPB account at your nearest post-office.

Find IPPB Account Number : Due to some reason any IPPB customer forgot their IPPB account number there are following steps to know any IPPB customers account number.
- End users can get the IPPB account number
- Login to MicroATM app using your id & Password
- Enter the details of customer ( Aadhar number, Mobile Number)
- Complete the step and you will see the customers account window
- Go to "Cash Transaction" section
- Click on cash withdrawal enter any amount (eg. 0, 5, 10)
- In the Next screen you will see the IPPB Account number from which transaction is processed
- Note down the IPPB Account number and cancel the transaction.
Find IPPB Customer ID : Due to some reason any IPPB customer forgot their IPPB customer id there are following steps to know any IPPB customer id.
- End users can get the IPPB account number
- Login to MicroATM app using your id & Password
- Enter the details of customer ( Aadhar number, Mobile Number)
- Complete the step and you will see the customers account window
- Go to "Balance Inquiry" section
- In the Next screen you will see the IPPB customer name
- Below the Customer name you will see the IPPB Customer ID.
- Note Down the IPPB Customers ID.
